International Scouting Service just released their top 30 list and low and behold, Nail Yakupov is no longer number 1.
A interesting list for sure and different in so many ways to Craig Button's list released yesterday. I'll have more on the two lists later on.

ISS Releases Top 30
International Scouting Service released it's top 30 for the 2012 NHL Entry Draft earlier this week. Of the 30 top prospects, 11 were from the Ontario Hockey League.
Also of ISS' top 30, 13 of them are defensemen including 4 from the OHL.
